📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are working with a well-known Real Estate firm that is seeking an Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, and experience within the Big 4.
Responsibilities
Prepare annual business plan inclusive of 5-year financial statements and presentations that reflect the key strategic initiatives for the Company’s US portfolio of office properties and developments and regional corporate entities.Coordinate with various teams to prepare and continuously reforecast capital plan and portfolio-wide cash flows (including funding requests and bi-weekly liquidity reporting to Corporate/senior management)Utilize financial models and property-level information to complete quarterly income statement forecasts with meaningful comparison to business plan and forecast-to-actual analyses. Consolidate operating and financial information for multiple portfolios of office properties with thoughtful review and accuracy to prepare presentations for oversight boards and senior management.Actively participate in various group initiatives and special projects pertaining to both operating and development assetsCommunicate timelines and deliverables to regional teams Track deliverables from regional teams and input into presentation slides.
