Responsibilities:Oversee the entire air export process, guaranteeing adherence to all regulations and timelines.Efficiently handle air waybill issuance, rating, and consolidations, ensuring accuracy at every step.Provide competitive rate quotes and negotiate pricing with vendors, securing the best options for our clients.Cultivate strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective standard operating procedures tailored to client needs.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely document submission and compliance.Act as a liaison between vendors, suppliers, forwarders, and agents, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.Keep clients informed with timely updates on shipment progress and status.Facilitate effective communication with transport companies to meet customer requirements.Ensure meticulous documentation management in line with client and company guidelines.

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in air export operations or freight forwarding.In-depth knowledge of air freight regulations and procedures.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
