📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
TBG has partnered with a real estate client in the Rye, NY area. We are seeking someone with commercial retail leasing experience to join their in-house Legal team to support the company’s real estate operations, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, litigation and public company activity.
Salary: $90k-$120k Hybrid: 4x per week
Responsibilities: Oversee the in-house landlord/tenant default process and manage cases with outside counsel.Draft, review and negotiate commercial retail leasing documents.Coordinate with the transactional members of the legal department to ensure compliance.And more
Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Prior experience with commercial retail leasing (1yr of experience) 3-5 years of RE paralegal experience
