📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:individual construction projects and construction department staff.strategic planning and execution of projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.and implement systems, policies, and procedures for managing all aspects of construction projects.and support team members to ensure successful completion of projects.bidding process and contracting align with partnership/management company agreements.project costs and prepare budget variance reports.vendors, trades, and contractors to ensure work is completed according to terms, specs, and budget.with other departments to align common goals.compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:in construction management preferred.5 years in construction or project management.in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as significant experience in construction or project management.
