Remote Cyber Security Specialist II

TCI has an immediate need for a Remote Cyber Security Specialist II. This is not a C2C opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of extension and/or hire.

NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship and a Public Trust Security Clearance prior to start.

SUMMARY

Identifies and assesses the capabilities and activities of cyber criminals or foreign intelligence entities; produces finds to help initialize or support law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations or activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop threat signatures from all available sources.Maintain threat indicators within the threat intelligence platform.Implement and support standard procedures for incident response.Interface with Business Unit Information System Security Officers and Incident Response Teams

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with security operations and incident response.Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more desired) CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, or RHCE.Highly qualified remote candidates will be considered; candidates local to Morrisville, NC will be preferred.Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance prior to start.
