Inside Sales Support Specialist

TCP Analytical, an integrated manufacturer and distributor of consumable products for the life science research and specialty chemical markets is looking for a Inside Sales Specialist based out of Charlotte, NC.

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of designated accounts and assisting with the Companies internal pricing maintenance. This role works closely with external and internal customers to solve problems and increase sales.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for day-to-day customer inquiries including phone, emails, and web related orders.Communication with leadership and Sales team regarding account activities.Analyzes, evaluates, and implements pricing to improve profitability within compliance guidelines of contract, working with internal and external customers to execute. Provides support and makes recommendations to leadership regarding contracts, pricing, and reporting. Manages specific key accounts in their entirety including customer communications, audits, pricing executions, customer requests, customer KPI’sPerforms other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree or equivalent/applicable experience3-5 years pricing, contracts, finance, or related experienceProficient in MS Officeand maintain positive and productive working relationships with customers and sales team members.to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and have excellent time management and planning skills.to think strategically and problem solve.motivated, ability to work independently and in a team.communication skills and detail oriented.
