Our client is a cloud security company. They offer enterprise cloud security services for the worlds most established companies. They are looking Jr Marketing support Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting, via strong project management, marketing Co-Op fund management and reporting with company’s Global Partner Ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

An understanding of channel partner marketing and selling processesDemonstrated success of project managing partner Co-Op/MDF FundsComfortable creating, processing and executing campaign creation in tools such as SFDC.the management of the Co-Op program and platformmanagement of the Co-Op requests and approvals processPartner Marketing Budget management and PO Entryglobal best practices for Proof of Performanceof critical claiming deadlinesbudget tracking in Google, Next Generation Platform & Excel dailywith internal & external key stakeholders to ensure Co-Op meets mandatory compliance guidelines globally

Key Job Requirements

2-10 years Supporting Marketing functions or Finance/Accounting role within a Global companyAbility to support marketing teams with administrative, budgets and accounting tasksMust have experience with SalesforceExperience working with teams and deadlines in a global/international environmentPrevious experience working for a Tech company is a plusExperience or some exposure with finance and accounting duties is a plusExperience with Netsuite, Coupa or similar softwareMust have experience with external business to business customer facing roleInterest or experience in supporting Co-Op accounting duties (manage PO requests, create PO for campaigns, track on planner)Interested in supporting with MDF Funds (Marketing development funds)Must have worked in a role that requires excellent attention to detail and accuracySelf-Motivated, self-starter, can hit the ground running and able to go above and beyond; Comfort with making crucial decisions quickly and resolutely, with independenceAbility to support budget tracking for campaignsComfortable with prioritizing directives and requests from many teams and managing these requestsBasic Excel experience (Able to import reports)Proven organizational and project management skills and an ability to set up workflow systems and processes
