Role: Java DeveloperLocation: Dallas, TXSalary: $150-180k
TDA Tech is partnered with a Tier 1 Investment Bank to find talented Core Java Developers to join 3 teams across Cloud and Data-driven teams going into 2024.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial systems that manage the firm’s P&L, measure and monitor the firm’s capital, balance sheet and liquidity metrics, and regulatory obligations.Understand and respond to business needs, facilitating and developing process workflow, data requirements, and specifications required to support implementationDevelop high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plansIdentify opportunities for cross-divisional collaboration and reuse of common solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline10+ years of Engineering Industry experience 10+ years of development experience with Java and other programming languagesKnowledge of traditional (RDBMS) and modern datastores (NoSQL)Preferred experience with CloudExperience leading projects and designing solutions for those projectsExperience building and sustaining long-term relationships with stakeholders and colleaguesExcellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globallyPreferred experience in the financial domain
