Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for working cross functionally with internal customers to scope projects, create and regularly update project plans, track project progress and budget, maintain and communicate detailed risk logs, and create and present management reports on project outcome and status.

Job Duties

Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progressCommunicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basisEstablish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibilityManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project planEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetOwn the project risk identification and mitigation processDevelop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocolsEnsure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are metAct as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agentParticipate in change management processPerforms other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) required or eight years directly related experienceMinimum five years’ experience in a related field required; financial institution experience preferredExperience with project management tools; Smartsheet admin experienceFamiliarity with Google's Suite of Office ApplicationsLucidchart experienceSalesforce experienceBanking, Lending and Operations experience preferredExperience in process design and process improvement preferredPMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred

The good faith range for this position is $81,005 - $97,206 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
