Office Hours: 8 am - 5 pm

The OpportunityThe Engagement Manager is responsible for building positive relationships with school district and higher education clients, driving usage of our web-based video products, and ensuring renewals. You'll be the assigned clients' first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, you'll need to communicate well and multitask under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable, and enduring.

What Youโ€™ll DoFoster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contactPartner with districts, schools, and universities to customize our platform, create adoption plans, and train usersConduct monthly customer outreach and meetings to ensure usage and impactAssist customers with data and reporting on user activity, engagement, and growthManage the renewal process for all assigned customer accountsโ€”outreach, pricing, proposals, and signatureSupport the Sales team through demos of the platform, setting up demo accounts, and granting access to the platformEnsure that contract terms and conditions are metManage invoices and bills for assigned customersIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesAddress customer issues with speed and efficiency

Compensation range for this position: $60,000-$65,000

As part of our commitment to pay equity, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the salary band minimum and the salary band midpoint depending on qualifications, location, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
