💼 Title: Quality Control Associate📍 Location: Dayton, NJ 08810🔔 Schedule: 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
⚙️ About the Role:We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of quality management principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:🔆 Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.🔆 Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process.🔆 Utilize a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to verify product dimensions.🔆 Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for quality issues.
REQUIREMENTS:✅ Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.✅ Familiarity with Quality Management principles and practices.✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments.
