Job Description
Conduct eye exams: Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and detect eye diseases.Prescribe corrective lenses: Determine the appropriate prescription for glasses or contact lenses.Treat eye conditions: Diagnose and manage various eye conditions, such as dry eyes or infections.Advise on eye health: Educate patients on proper eye care practices and recommend treatment plans.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals: Work with opticians, ophthalmologists, and primary care doctors.Stay updated on industry trends: Attend trainings and conferences to keep abreast of advancements in eye care.
Qualifications
