The Role

TikTok Shop Setup, Troubleshooting and Operations - Login to all TikTok Shop Seller Center Accounts (40+ accounts) and check TikTok Shop Seller Center’s that are facing obstacles with shipping, product, fulfillment, or setup on a daily basis.Notion & Lark Board - Organize and report to TikTok Shop Lead & TikTok with all issues involving TikTok Shop for all TikTok Shop clients, prioritized by top concerns, daily on Notion and Lark Boards. Afterwards, follow up with Clients via email for top hurdle updatesDaily Hurdles Briefing - Brief TikTok Shop Lead every morning to review hurdles and solvesTroubleshooting - Reserve time for active troubleshooting, researching and performance, using TikTok Shop Academy pages to resolve any client issues to the best of your ability on your own. If the hurdle cannot be fixed internally cannot be done, include this information in the morning brief to Josh. Proactively reach out to clients via email with weekly status updates.Follow Up - Reach out to TikTok on Lark Weekly Newsletters - Take the lead on a weekly templated newsletter addressed to each client that includes Affiliate Video’s, Affiliate Postings (with links), and monthly (possibly bi-weekly) settlement amounts.Support - Coordinate with internal GO Ventures teams with any support related issues.Maintain - Notion board of all issues related to TikTok Shop.Assist with operations - TikTok Shop department (Notion organization, Google Drive organization).Email Correspondence - Strong Email correspondence with internal teams and occasionally with clients if the problem is technical in nature to communicate hurdles and answer questions.Reports - May pull financial statements for TikTok Shop ClientsRequests - Assist with requests from ByteDance, GO Ventures Internal Teams, and Clients quickly & efficiently.

Potential additional duties

Multitask and take notes during internal and client meetings.Assist with client communications (email & slack) on all things TikTok Shop - setup, affiliate questions, Shopify, etc.Manage outstanding Creative Assets alongside the creative team, communicating with the TikTok Shop Team about posting times & schedules.

Preferred qualifications/historyEnjoy technical / organizational software and troubleshooting skills with a challenging/new platform (TikTok Shop Seller Center) E-Commerce background (Amazon fulfillment experience) a plusProficient with Google Sheets / Google DocsProactive fast learner in a high-paced agency environmentExperience with E-commerce financials a plusFamiliar with Notion.so or similar platforms (Preferred)

Other QualificationsFamiliar with Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google SheetsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to multi-tasks in a fast-paced agency environmentConfidence emailing CPG clients directly if neededAbility to multi-tasks in a fast-paced agency environmentWilling to take on new tasks that may be out of scope in a start-up enviornment.Prior experience in the social media space (Preferred)
