📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a direct hire IT Business Systems Analyst III!
Summary: Develops and maintains a working relationship and understanding of business operations and system interfaces throughout the company.Serves as the primary liaison between IT and assigned business functional areas.Facilitates requirements gathering, specification development, test plan development, and execution through interviews, workflow analysis, and/or discussions with others.Leads discussions in evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.Gathers, analyzes, and reports on data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and architect business solutions that leverage ERP capabilities.Documents business processes and/or system functionality. Develops and maintains the corporate knowledge base for ERP and ancillary applications and associated environments.Serves as an expert on the functional configuration, capabilities, and usage of the company ERP system.
IT Business Systems Analyst III Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.6 years of professional working experience as a Business Systems Analyst.5 years of experience supporting modern ERP and IT applications; defining and mapping business processes and understanding integration between various applications.Proven project management experience.
