Experience& Qualification: Master’s/Ph.D., MBA, Engineering, Sciences or a related or equivalent degree in statistics, or computer science or a similar background

Roles & Responsibilities-· As a Business Analyst you will provide data analysis services to a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver solutions that are strategically aligned to strategic operations of the customer. You will be responsible for data analysis within your team through collaboration with other project managers and web developers.· The Business Analyst will work with the Project Manager and Web Developer in the Discovery phase to assist in understanding the data and structuring the end deliverables.· During delivery phase, the Data Analyst will develop the codes to analyze data using following tools -o Google Sheets/App Scriptso Google PLX Scripts or SQLo Google PLX Dashboardso Google Looker for Dashboards· The Business Analyst needs to have superior data retrieval using SQL.· Assist with investigations into potential solutions, Conduct Root Cause Analysis and liaise with relevant technical experts and contribute to developing scalable, reusable solutions.· Should have experience of working in at least one large, complex, transformative analytics program in any data intensive domain.· Understand the landscape of descriptive, predictive, inferential, and prescriptive analytics.· Understand RDBMS and database paradigms (cloud, on-prem, Google BigQuery will be good to know), cloud solutions, data management lifecycle.o Understanding of processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.· Top of the line technical stakeholder/relationship management – both in terms of written and spoken modes of communication to communicate the crux of solutions in a succinct way.· Be able to develop one-page slides, technical documentation, and solution briefs to communicate proactively with the client.· Ensure the completion of all projects are delivered on time with no compromise on accuracy and optimal time utilization.· Keep up with latest developments in analytics and data technology to explore recommended solutions for clients.· Knowledge and experience of advanced analytics tools from a technology domain perspective – both proprietary and open source. Knowledge and expertise of advanced Python for data management, transformation and automation will be highly valued.· Understanding of key Agile principles, values and practices an advantage.
