Project Coordinator/Project Manager IContract Duration: 06+ Months (Possible Extension)Location: Jackson, MI or Livonia, MI (Hybrid - Mostly Remote with occasional in-office meetings)Local candidates requiredWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description:The team serves as vital support for experienced designers, focusing on product owners, products, and programs for our customers. We engage in extensive research, data analysis, and reviews. Our diverse team includes a researcher, data analyst, and a date designer who develops their work through research or by creating visual artifacts. An illustrative project involves interviewing customers to understand their experiences, such as the enrollment process for a program. We gather and analyze data to derive insights, identifying gaps in the enrollment process and collaborating with product owners to implement appropriate changes through the digital team.

Responsibilities:Facilitate and bridge communication between the experienced design team and the digital team to ensure the implementation of recommendations and insights.Manage timelines and project schedules for digital redesign projects, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary resources and support.Actively resolve issues and discrepancies, taking proactive measures to maintain project momentum.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.

Skills Required:Strong project management skills, with experience in either technical or non-technical project environments.3-5 years of relevant experience in project management.Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data organization and analysis.High school diploma or Associate's degree, supplemented by 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.Experience with SAP is desirable but not mandatory.
