Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically Treasure Data, within our established retail/ecommerce client's environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of CDPs and their integration within retail and ecommerce settings.

Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of Treasure Data CDP, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the CDP solution.Coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate Treasure Data CDP with existing systems and applications.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed.

Skillset

5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) in retail / ecommerce environments.Strong understanding of CDPs - Treasure Data preferredProven track record in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working with external vendors and partners to integrate CDPs with existing systems and applications.Knowledge of data governance and security best practices, as well as relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
