About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support professional (w/m/d) to join our team! Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or side-job opportunities, we welcome your application.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Windows and Mac desktop computers.
- Perform basic laptop repairs.
- Assist with Windows Server setup and management.
- Configure and maintain WLAN networks.
- Handle basic cabling setups.
- Troubleshoot networking issues.
- Perform hardware IT setups, including PCs and peripherals.
- Set up email accounts.
- Understand DNS and domain configuration.
- Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.
Requirements
What We Expect from You
- Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
- Prior experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- A strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of networking and server management.
- Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
