Senior Accountant

We're seeking a Legal Entity Senior Accountant to join our team in a hybrid work environment, offering the perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.Responsibilities:Prepare internal and external financial statements, including SEC/FCA/OSC filed reports.Conduct fluctuation analysis of balance sheets and income statements.Review and reconcile account balances impacting assigned legal entities.Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries.Collaborate with the reconciliation center of excellence to resolve open reconciling items.Participate in year-end audits and assist external auditors as needed.Actively engage in DTCC-wide projects to enhance operational efficiencies.Identify and address control gaps to mitigate risk effectively.Qualifications:Minimum 4 years of related experience, with 4-7 years of progressive financial reporting and accounting experience preferred.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to challenge the norm and drive process improvements.High level of analytical skills and the ability to connect complex data points.If you're ready to take the next step in your accounting career and enjoy the best of both remote flexibility and in-office teamwork, we want to hear from you!
