📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
TECHSTAFF of Arizona is recruiting on behalf of a Chandler company that is hiring an Outside Sales Person. This is a direct hire role. The ideal candidate will have experience selling for a contract manufacturing company or selling electronic components. A person with experience selling in other manufacturing industries can also be considered.
Requirements:1. Prior sales experience in selling electronics2. Open to travel, regionally and nationally3. Excellent communication skills: oral and written4. Excellent time management and territory planning5. In-depth knowledge of electronic contract manufacturing processes6. Costing, quoting, presentations7. Excellent closing techniques The successful sales person has the ability to sell anywhere in the United States. There is no cap to the commission. A salary will be paid for 6-9 months and then will convert to commission only
