Job Description
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Treasury Analyst that will perform daily tasks to support the TTIPE Treasury cash management function to ensure a continuous monitoring of the group's cash position. Primary Responsibilities
Prepare daily reconciliations of bank accounts (intra/previous day) and related G/L accounts.Maintain wire invoice file and process for payment approval.Prepare deposits for all companies.Assist in Letters of Credit and Documents of Acceptance program administration.Assist with quarterly employee tool sales and settle all credit card terminals at sale.Monitor Canadian warranty check issuance and fund Canadian bank account.Maintain positive cash balances by company by transferring inter-co balances monthly and initiating inter-co loans as necessary.Prepare month-end cash journal entries for financial closing.Prepare cash reconciliations for interim and year-end financial audits.
