Responsibilities:This role will support the tracking of agile transformation activities in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) in the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). This candidate will assist several enterprise agile maturity initiatives in driving for results and will maintain documentation in ADO as needed. This includes supporting the Agile Leadership Coalition activities.It will also support EPMO Portfolio Value Managers (PVMs) with reporting duties, such as.In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking/Finance/Investments, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systemsProficient knowledge of the Agile Manifesto and how to leverage it within an organization.Knowledge and experience using agile Project Management ToolsProficient knowledge of agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitationExcel Dashboard reports for large portfoliosCollating reporting inputs into PowerPoint reports (to eventually be created in ADO)Must have experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) as a tool for tracking workSignificant experience and proficiency with data querying, reporting, and forecasting including demonstrated skill using automated cost accounting/planning/budgeting systemsSignificant experience in scaled agile maturity initiatives is desired.Strong drive for results, communication, problem-solving skills including the ability to clearly present findings to management is requiredStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staffAbility to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring othersAbility to work in a changing environment and assess the impact of changes on objectives and to rapidly shift priorities as circumstances changeBachelor’s Degree, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification are required Top 3 Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in SAFe 5Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO)Proficiency in Project Management in Software Development
