This role is pivotal in working closely with clients to achieve and exceed their social media marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their social media objectives are met with excellence.Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective social media strategies that align with client goals and brand vision, driving growth and engagement across platforms.Content Creation Coordination: Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with client and brand goals.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance and growth. Regularly assess and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to clients, providing insights and recommendations for strategy refinement.Customer Experience: Uphold our commitment to providing top-notch service, ensuring clients feel valued, understood, and satisfied with our work.Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and market changes, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our clients' digital strategies.
