Senior Project Manager
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager. This is a six (6) months contract position in Raleigh, North Carolina with our client. In this role you would act as a primary liaison with technical and business stakeholders, manage project costs, risks, and deliverables in company’s SDLC process.
Responsibilities as Project Manager
Creation and maintenance of project plans, project initiation documents, weekly status reports, closing docs, and scheduling/leading regular meetings with sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams.Define and document project scope including functional requirementsDevelop and execute project documentation to define communication plan, roles & responsibilities, change management, risk management, issues management, and vendor management.Ensure project documents are completed, current and signed off onTrack and report team hoursPrepare and deliver status reportsFinancial project accounting including forecasting
Required Skills for Project Manager
5+ years of project management experienceExperience leading large scale, multiple workstream projects from beginning to endContracts and Procurement (SOW and PO)Understanding of Validation and SDLC GxP Compliance and Regulated SystemsUnderstanding of Security, Data Privacy, Access Management policiesValues: Agility, Find A Way, Collaboration, Integrity, InclusionExperience implementing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systemsExperience with both agile and waterfall methodologiesPMP certification preferredUndergraduate degreeLife Sciences / Pharmaceutical / CRO experience a plus
