📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
System Reliability Engg(Onsite only) Overland ParkFulltime
- Experience with the TMO back-office engagement rules across different teams is a big win.• ServiceNow• PIER• Jira• Engagement familiarity with CCoE, Corporate Security and compliance2. AWS Provisioning:• Experience provisioning and managing AWS resources using services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, etc.• Experience with CLI commands3. AWS IAM:• Proficiency in managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles, and permissions.4. Experience with Conducktor Implementations:• Hands-on experience with implementing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like kubectl.5. Experience with Reading Splunk Logs:• Familiarity with parsing and analyzing log data using Splunk.6. Experience with GitLab and CI/CD Pipelines:• Proficiency in using GitLab for version control and setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated software delivery.7. Postman API Scripting or Similar:• Experience in scripting API requests and testing using tools like Postman or similar API testing tools.• Experience in JWT and access tokens to access APINice to have:1. SQL Server Query Capable:• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation, especially for SQL Server databases.2. Understanding of Key Management (Vault Solution Integration):• Knowledge of key management solutions like T-Vault and Enterprise Vault 3. Programming capabilities in one or more language: Python, Java, etc…can be used to create custom tools to help test automation and stress testing.
