Should have worked in a typical agile project set up.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of the current platform features and the domain.Ideate simple, creative solutions for functionality needed to move business objectives forward.Document use cases, workflows, wireframes, design requirements, and other materials needed to support product creation and refinement.Define minimum viable product; identify trade-offs between feature set and time to market. Translate product requirements into Epics, User Stories, and build a shared understanding with the technical and support teams. Be that self-starter who requires minimal management.Gather feedback from all parties to increase user’s understanding.Develops and maintains projects and provides status updates to the organization using company best practices.Completes other duties as assigned.Willingness to embrace the team’s core values of Empathy, Bias Towards Action, Speaking Up and Winning as One Team. Ability to learn and understand the Data Workflows and Networking terminology.Must Have4+ year of experience partnering with engineering to develop and improve technical literature.Demonstrated ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.Prior experience in networkingPreferred Excellent verbal & written skillsExperience with non-relational and relational data models is preferred.Experience in Integration projects is a plus.Ability to interpret json payloads is preferred.System Analyst/technical architecture experience is a plus.Skilled in prioritization Experience working within Atlassian suite (ex: JIRA, Confluence) a plus.Must be attentive to details to ensure documentation accuracy.Experience working as part of a scrum team.Experience working with developers.Experience creating wireframes is a plus.
