Must be able to read and comprehend Developers, VDOT, Engineering & RF design plans/maps. Attend onsite construction field meetings. Learn P2 (Project Jobs tracker & portal) Create OSP construction estimate. Review, Q/C and approve invoices inside P2 QC contractors work during and upon completion of jobs. Insure as built packages are correct and filed properly. Identify if easements are required. Attend Construction & Engineering conference calls. Work with the internal fiber dept & personnel. Work with external BPs (Comcast Contractors) Understand coax/fiber underground construction process. The position is 50/50 between field and office work. Work week is Monday thru Friday. (5 days a week) This position reports to the Richmond Office at 5401 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA
