📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
Hands on Armis experience. From ordering, to decommissioning an Armis appliance along with all required steps. Work with various manufacturing sites, understand how to rack and mount Armis appliances. -Will create better visibility into OT data and what actions needed to be taken. Optimize end to end, gain more visibility and work with the network team to see what is missing. -Ability to troubleshoot Armis appliances as they go down. This person needs to be able to help with RMA process, sending off a new collector and or replacing broken hardware structures. -Armis has been deployed across all 90 sites and they need help with properly configuring Armis across those sites to help give full visibility in OT data. We are not looking for a consultant here, needs to be a hands on Armis/OT Engineer that able to configure devices and optimize from end to end for full visibility. -Experience with end to end Armis configuration. -Experience creating dashboards to monitor and send OT data back to the sites to be able to monitor and take action. -Understand overall Armis deployment model, maintenance and support and how to optimize.
