Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years experience working in the IT industry. 3+ years of experience with crafting solutions based on business requirements. Experience with Workflow development or design tools to create functional designs. Experience creating marketing campaigns using CRM tool like Salesforce highly preferred. Ability to understand the business and strategy requirements and tailor solutions for the same. Good problem solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Proactively provide status update to the stake holders. Self learner with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

Responsible for building solutions using a Workflow design CRM tool. Build marketing campaigns integrated with multiple data streams to enable on device communications to our customers. Work with Product teams to get new features implemented. Communicate effectively. Convey ideas and potential solutions clearly to others. Approach problems with creativity, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effectively collaborate and communicate with UAT teams, to deliver a high quality product to the customer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Engineering. Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements

This roles sits within a Marketing Operations team that is responsible for on device communications for our client's Media Products. They push out hundreds of campaigns on a weekly basis and working closely with multiple cross functional partners to achieve this.

As the team has evolved, they are trying to bring in more of a technical element to their work. Currently, they partner with engineering on marketing briefs they receive and consult with them on how they will build out a customer journey within their platform. They would now like for these new hires to be equipped to understand the technical nature of the builds and when they receive marketing briefs from the business and strategy team, they are able to have the technical conversations cross functionally with UAT and Analytics to provide the solution of how they will leverage their platform to build the campaign.

Would be supporting the Music LOB. Needs someone technically savvy, not just executing, understanding how to configure and build, detail oriented, and dive into the details of what they are working on. They will be qualifying marketing briefs, thinking from a solutions standpoint, what is the best way to execute on this? Then execute and perform the build. Solving for the technical solutions within the platform. Having a background of understanding engineering would be helpful.
