📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
TekSystems is hiring Burmese Bilingual CSRs for a local health insurance company!
Description
Contractors will be taking Inbound calls from MembersThey will be on the phones most of the dayThey will document calls into the system as they happenCalls would include:Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not coverIssues with billing, requests for a new cardIf specific products will be covered by their insuranceUpdating address's in the systemLocating doctors in the network for them
Shift
Training is 8:30am-5:00pmAfter training, you must be able to work between 8am-8pm2 shifts per week will be the 11:30am-8pm shift
Work Environment
Training is onsite for 4-6 weeksAfter training, you will be eligible to work fully remoteWill be asked to come onsite if having performance issues
