Job Description
Maintain industry-leading service standards by providing prompt service and one-call resolutionAvailability and dependability to multitask between systems and job duties such as documentation, taking calls, and following up on items as neededHighly focused on a total team environment to create a great culture that centers around servicing the customer and creating growth for the companyMost calls will be from current clients who have questions about their policy in regards to:Requested changes or updates to their accountsGrow existing client relationshipsSaving cancel requestsSetting up autopayTimely entry of all inbound leads
Work Environment
Training Shift | 9am - 5pm1st Shift | 7am-330pm | 730 am-4pm | 8am-4:30 | 8:30-5pm2nd shift 11:30am-8pmOnsite parking provided!
