This is not a technical writer role. We are looking for communication specialist with experience working closely with Organizational change manager to help communicate technology change through multiple channels like email, sharepoint, teams, etc.
Must Haves
Ability to write, edit, and develop engaging and visually appealing communications in support of projects targeting business colleagues using simple and succinct language to describe technical changes. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with and influence coworkers, project team members, and various levels across the organization, including executives. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience developing and issuing communications using email delivery platforms such as Staffbase preferred. 5-10 years of communications experience required. Degree in communications or journalism a plus.
Collaborate with Change Management Practitioners, Instructional Designers, and other Communication specialists on various projects to share best practices.
