Job Description

New consumer health company is looking for an eDiscovery Analyst to support multiple internal business partners to ensure the organization is meeting legal obligations, including but not limited to the following:

Manage and process data preservation, collection, and processing requests for electronically stored information, including all O365 applications and resources (email, OneDrive, Teams Chats, SharePoint, etc.), hard drives and network shares. Identify, collect, examine, and analyze electronically stored information (ESI) to support ongoing discovery requests. Maintain detailed records for all requests, including the operations that were performed and the date and format of data delivery. Utilize industry standard electronic discovery and data forensic hardware and software to ensure data integrity. Active communications with and delivery of status updates to case managers and business partners. Conduct electronic data collections using the following tools: EnCase, FTK, Intella, Cellebrite, Microsoft Purview O365, and hard drive cloning operations. Process all requests according to established intake processes and internal guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of a high school diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or similar field of study is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in eDiscovery collections. Experience working with EnCase, FTK, Microsoft Purview O365, MacQuisition, Magnet Axiom, and hard drive cloning operations is required. Good organization, planning, and time management skills are required. Demonstrated ability to handle complexity and handle/prioritize multiple tasks is required. Process orientation skills are required. Excellent written and verbal skills are required.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule 3 days/week in Skillman, NJ (can make exception for 2 days/week for folks with longer commute)
