Description

M&A Project Management: Lead and manage all IT infrastructure projects during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the seamless integration of technology systems and infrastructure from acquired companies into Client. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and ensure the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements, align project goals, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Expertise: Possess a level understanding of IT infrastructure systems and technologies, including networking, hardware, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing. Ability to work with technical leads on the integration and consolidation of project tasks and critical path deliverables into a robust project plan. Change Management: Drive organizational change management initiatives related to IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to day-to-day operations. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, progress reports, issues, and resolutions. Lead regular Project Status Reviews (PSR)s with regular reports for management review, highlighting project status, risks, and recommendations. Compliance and Security: Ensure OT & IT integration complies with relevant industry standards and regulations. Responsible for driving the implementation of appropriate security measures and protocols to protect the plant's OT & IT infrastructure from potential threats.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. At least 10-15 years of IT Infrastructure, Manufacturing and/or Project Manager experience, ideally in a multinational/global business, with at least several years’ experience in business operations, PMO or IT Infrastructure Project Management. Strong track record of personal growth and achievement. At least several years of experience with mergers and acquisition-related IT project integrations with full understanding of integrating and assimilating IT processes and tools in broad scope. Proven track record of influence and collaboration of teams across the enterprise. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in implementing and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions is a plus. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and systems, especially those specific to the manufacturing industry. International experience/exposure, appreciating cultural and business sensitivity/urgency related to IT integration projects. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to create quick, trusting relationships Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to IT infrastructure and M&A.
