📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
Client is looking for entry level helpdesk candidate to help in their solution center. They are low on bandwidth and need to staff up. They would like to find recent college graduates or currently attending college or school who would like to pursue a career in IT. Ideally, they want candidates with an internal drive to learn, strong customer service, and the ability to pick things up quickly and apply them. This is a 3-6 month contract role. Should the candidate do well they will likely hire perm. For the contract portion they will be making $16/hr but once they go perm they will bump up to $18. The shift needed is all 7a-3:30pm.
