Project Manager needed for Marketing Team - Finance Organization in Hillsboro, OR
Job Description
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables. Champion seamless project set-up and coordination utilizing the project management system, Workfront. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, leaders, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Facilitate agile ceremonies and kickoff meetings with appropriate product strategists, production teams, leaders, stakeholders etc Execute project timelines and plans that are consistent with organization methodology and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Communicate progress to strategists and leaders using a standard methodology including milestones plans, risk, issues, etc. Proactively identify and log risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes (i.e. budget/resource constraints) Facilitate clear communication channels between production teams, strategists and business unit partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations. Partner with strategists to complete retrospectives and project close activities for all assigned projects. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, relentlessly seeking opportunities to fortify scalability and fortify the bedrock of project outcomes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, business administration or a related field) required 2 years’ experience in project/program management Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking, and negotiation Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, a plus Certification/License: CSM or CSPO or PMP
