📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Now Hiring for a Medical Collections Specialist!!! It will be 60 days of onsite training in Brooklyn Center, MN and then can be fully work from home after training!! Team M embers are eligible for bonuses/commission based on the amount that they collect on as an individual contributor and team. The collection team has great retention because of pay incentives and culture!!!
Description
The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills.
Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc. De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full Maintain patient records and documentation
Qualifications
1+ year of collections experience and solid job history tenure
Shift
Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM (will need to work until 6 PM on Mondays or Tuesdays)
