📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
Must go onsite - Our client is looking for a few Network Technicians to support several ongoing Network projects to help with network technical assistance. The scope of the needs include:
Configuring network systems equipment for test and deployment to our sites. All work would be done at our Bolingbrook offices, and occasionally at a nearby store (Joliet, Bloomingdale). Review designs Review configurations Will need local hands-on support to configure the equipment equipment Cloud config equipment (remote connects to vendor services) Connect and test in lab Connect and test via vendor cloud service Document config references
Collaboration –
Work with Network Engineers and network ops team engineers.
Work with Aruba, Cisco, and Cato support engineers.
Network Technician or Engineer level hands-on skills. Aruba LAN switching products and environment. Aruba WLAN products. Aruba licensing and Aruba Central. Cisco switch and router products. Firewall products (PAN, Cisco, other).
Cato or SDWAN products is a plus.
