Streamlining and standardizing processes (looking at all processes to merge into a single process) Drafting and upgrading process documentations Project management and change management tasks (tracking, communication, etc.) Writing Business Requirements Documents Collaborating with up to 12-15 stakeholders to capture project work, executive summaries, and daily roll-ups

3 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on operations or partner program support
