📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
A TEKsystems is decommissioning their legacy Oracle EBS OTC system and replacing with Oracle ERP Cloud. The project started a couple years ago and there have been several golives and releases.
ORACLE'S COMPLETE Order to Cash EXPERIENCES with FINANCE EXPERTISE + BUSINESS IMPLEMENTATION EXPECTED
Must have solution build experiences in Order Management, Account Receivables, Pricing (QP), Trade Management (OZF) with 12.x version
- *25% travel to South Carolina required**
This Individual Will Need To Have Advanced Familiarity With The Overall Oracle EBusiness Suite Product, Will Have To Develop And Maintain Partnerships With Stakeholders For Program Delivery
Have a great deal of experiences to build and deploy Oracle order to cash solution with internal and external supply through Oracle eBusiness Suite modules. Familiar with the solutions in B2B, B2C and Original Equipment industry. Familiar with Agile / SCRUM delivery approach. Experiences in North American tires distribution and fleet services would be helpful.
Role Overview
Coordinate and drive the successful and timely completion of entire order to cash process to achieve business goals, to drive business requirement analysis, to propose efficient and effective solutions based on the requirements, to identify and resolve risks and issues·
As a member of the Squad who understands the stories that are selected for development, this functional resource work closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement. He/she writes users stories and verifies what has been delivered by the team is working as expected. This functional resource supports testing the user story in the test environment relentlessly and is constantly in the system.
Collaborate With
Product Owners: Works with Product Owners to refine scope and escalates any gaps Squad: Works closely with the Squad to provide clarifications on user stories. SCRUM Masters: Attends and contributes to the ceremonies organized by the SCRUM Masters. (e.g. Provide updates during the daily stand-ups, Thoughts on how to work better during the retrospectives, etc.)

Requires advanced analysis skills across all integrated Oracle order to cash modules and partner interfaces Clear and concise communication in both verbal and written Business acumen and data analysis skills Must have solution build experiences in Order Management, Account Receivables, Pricing (QP), Trade Management (OZF) with 12.x version Must have the project deployment experiences including data conversion, user acceptance testing, user training, cutover and post go-live support. Ability to apply systematic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute; Ability to propose optional solutions based on business requirements and market best practices; Understand market best practices for the areas below:Rebate and accrual management for direct / indirect customers in US & CA;Claim and dispute management in US & CA;Customer segmentation and pricing management in US & CA. 10+ years with Oracle eBusiness Suite 5+ years with Agile delivery Require documentation and business requirement analysis skills Very strong interpersonal skills to develop strong partnership with stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with the team Must be proactive on activities Result oriented
