OSP Technician

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is comfortable working in outdoor environments as an OSP Technician. We are accepting applications from entry level candidates who may have just wired on a personal level all the way through experienced cable technicians. Pay varies based on experience. Do not hesitate to apply!

This role is onsite in Hillsboro Oregon.

Description

Job Duties

Pulling cable, pulling innerduct, dressing cables, labeling, fiber cleaning, etc. to industry and customer standards. Carry and load materials to be used on the job. Maintain professional appearance. Must be willing to work both outside and inside during the summer and winter months. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. Safety training as required by position. Wash and clean vehicles and equipment. Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed. Remedial online safety training.

Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Good communication skills. Have a strong ability to problem solve. Confined space experience or training Ability to work well with others and come to work with a positive attitude. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to submit pre-employment, continuing random background, drug and MVR screenings.
