Description
Her team consists of hybrid PM/PO/BA’s that are very fluid with the work. She oversees 4 domains “products” – liquidity, receivables, commercial card, and payments. But the work is not always assigned specific to products, so for example you may have ½ your assignments within ACH, ½ in lockbox/wires. The work will be heavy on the PO side – user stories, requirements, feature functionality, enhancements, 25% pure product owner and then another 25% PM type duties. They have a combined Agile/Waterfall environment. Biggest need is in the commercial card space which is Agile and Receivables space which is Waterfall. Some of the work will be business as usual, small enhancements, but they will have product manager lists of priorities, every week they have releases, products will be decommissioned and they will be coordinating with the technology groups, but they will also be determining new products to launch, and will be supporting the old launch and the new. With the new comes new functionality to write, user stories, to support the new feature functionality.
