Description
The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Maintaining sales goals and industry leading service standardsTimely outreach to all inbound leads to include website applications and answering inbound callsAvailability and dependability to multitaskHighly focused on a total team environment
Basic Qualifications
A Commercial Lines (general lines) P&C licensed is required Associate's degree requiredAlternative Education/Experience – Associate’s Degree PLUS 2 years sales experience (any industry) in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
Work Environment
Remote first 90 days, then hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days in office)8 hour shift between 6am and 8pmCall center/sales environmentAll sales are inbound callsBusiness to Business salesAll sales are warm leads calling inPay is $21.47-$24.52 plus uncapped commission Pay is based on experience and education (Associates Degree is the bare minimum education required)
