📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking or a Unified Communications Service Technician.
Must have an A+ or Network+ certification.
Must work on-site in Phoenix
Description
Provide accurate site assessments and surveys.Create Scopes of Work and assisting with and performing installations.Assisting and creating customer pilot/proof of concept solutions.Providing technical recommendations during the onboarding and the post-sales process and assisting the team and client with UC and Technology roadmaps.Working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment with other UC team members across the country.Travel occasionally outside of your geographic area and work outside of normal business hours.Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with installing and supporting Mitel, Intermedia, or other comparable OTT UC products required.Working knowledge of Telecommunications/VoIP solutions, standards, and protocols.Understand network protocols and compliance.At least one Certification related to your work (A+, Net+, SSVVP, SSCA, etc.).A familiarity with mobility and video applications.Experience using a punch down tool and toning out a 66 block a definite plus.A positive attitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.Customer service-oriented and a problem solver.
