📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
There are two UX Tester positions open - 1 can be in Anhiem, CA & 2nd spot in Orlando, FL. These UX Testers will be driving the project testing for TXP (Total Experience Project - looking to centralize the API for all payments, ticketing, etc.)
Support and manage internal ad-hoc requests and business questions by analyzing a variety of data sets (across both primary and syndicated sources as needed) and then summarizing + communicating key insights, this includes in-depth custom analyses using SPSS data sets Creation and presentation of reports and summaries of insights uncovered, from across multiple data sources for internal presentations

Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years experience in the implementation of custom qualitative and/or quantitative market research methodologies Experience executing intercept testing/comfort with in-person recruitment and testing Experience with project management and data analysis, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Experience moderating qualitative research (RIVA training or past moderating experience required) Able to synthesize a lot of information into a highly visual, concise story (expertise in PowerPoint or Keynote) Possesses an enthusiastic and positive “can do” outlook, even when under pressure Highly detail-oriented and well-organized - able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working within a fluid and flexible culture; adjusts well to change and/or shifting priorities Experience conducting research in a consumer products and/or entertainment company a plus Some travel required (including attendance at evening focus groups) Computer Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
