Position Title: Civil / Structural Field EngineerLocation: Georgetown, KY 40324Duration: 12 MonthsJob Type: ContractWork Type: OnsiteTravel: 5% Domestic TravelPay Rate: $50-55/Hourly/W2

Responsibilities:Serve as "Subject Matter Expert" related to Civil and structural systems.Work with internal stakeholders to develop project criteria, scope, estimate, and project schedules.Provide an internal review of CS system drawings from outside engineering firms to support system implementation.Ensure compliance with related local, state, and national codes, facility operations, and company standards.Shop drawing review, RFI processing, and Kanban completion for ACS systems.Coordination of weekend and plant shutdown work with contractors, plant facilities groups, and manufacturing groups.Conduct work progress inspections continuously.Support construction administration activities related to schedule coordination, quality confirmations, weekly coordination meetings, and planned utility outages.
Qualifications:Must have over 2 years in construction management. (Industrial/Commercial Building)Experience in design criteria development for Civil Structural systems.Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturers.5+ years in the Civil design field.Civil Structural backgroundField experience would be very good to have.Good organizational skills, communication skills, and schedule management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ProjectDesired SkillsBluebeam, AutoCAD
