TelForce Group is looking for a Recruiter in the Nashville, TN area. This is a full time, direct hire position. You must be located in Nashville and able to work in office. Not a remote position.

Recruiter Description:Search internet job boards, social media and company ATS (applicant tracking system) to source potential candidates based on what our clients are looking forScreen resumes/candidates and perform reference checksAccount Management- Maintain communication with candidates, field employees and clients on weekly, monthly basisUtilize social media and job boards such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Career Builder and otherTrack candidates in Excel spreadsheets and ATSManage client/candidate feedback and maintain accurate notes in ATSParticipate in Recruiting events as neededAnswer incoming Recruiting calls- heavy call volumeArrange/manage interviews between candidates and clientsGain and understand product knowledge of staffing and continue education of the Telecommunications industry

Recruiter Requirements: 1+ years of recruiting experience required; preferably Telecom Recruiting experienceMust have experience sourcing candidates via job boards and/or social mediaKnowledge of recruiting via LinkedInMust have knowledge of job boards such as Indeed, Monster and Career BuilderMust be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Excel)Ability to multi-task, handle multiple recruiting assignments and manage multiple projects and open job orders at all timesExcellent communication skillsExcellent phone and interview skillsMaintain the highest standard of professionalism and ethics at all times
