Designed by marketers for marketers, Tenon delivers marketing solutions in a single enterprise platform already used by IT, HR, Finance, and Customer Service so your company can collaborate and get work done like never before.Responsibilities:Collaborate with our growing team as we perfect our design and user-facing features Advocate for end-user functionality while keeping business and engineering constraints in mindEstablish and adhere to best practices in design thinking and user-centric principlesCollaborate with our design team to deliver compelling user-facing productsRapidly address customer issues and use feedback to revolutionize long-term solutionsUse your extensive knowledge of front-end technologies to foster alignment and compatibility in the platformDesign, build, and maintain application deployments for our multiple environments What We’re Looking For:2+ years experience building JavaScript web applications2+ years working in React or SeismicStrong knowledge of CSS and precompilation languagesExperience working with continuous deployment practices, including automated testing Strong understanding of UI/UX design principlesAbility to translate design mockups into functional UI componentsIntuition to challenge and improve our user interfaceProficient in version control systems, including branching, merging, and pull requestsWhat We Value:Aim Higher: If something we’re working on seems out of reach, it means we are on the right track.
