Maintenance Project Manager, Plant Operations

What To Expect

As a Plant Operations Maintenance project manager, you will be playing a critical role leading repair projects at Tesla Fremont. You will be leading a team of technicians in maintaining production critical permanent and semi-permanent structures around the site.

What You'll Do

Successfully manage complex contracted and self-performed repair and preventative maintenance projectsCreate, steward, drive project schedules, solve critical paths and communicate roadblocks to resolve site issuesManage contractors (when necessary) effectively, efficiently and safetyDevelop and maintain maintenance and execution plansWork with engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks strategicallyEnsure installation meets end users’ requirements and quality expectationsWork with production partners to schedule work as needed to maintain structures

What You'll Bring

Minimum 3-5 years of experience driving the execution of construction projects in manufacturing/industrial environmentsAbility to evaluate multidisciplinary drawings and coordinate cross functionality to ensure on-time executionProject budget tracking and forecast reporting to managementFamiliar with building code compliance regulationsAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goalsExcellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organization skillsConfident in decision making ability and coordinating among key stakeholders

Expected Compensation

$72,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
