What To Expect
As a Tesla Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of manufacturing infrastructure. You will apply your technical skills to install, maintain and repair permanent and semi-permanent production structures.
What You'll Do
Be resourceful and get the job done under pressure or tight timelinesWork within a team environment and maintain a positive attitudeUnderstand, troubleshoot and maintain facilities infrastructure across multiple sitesUnderstand and enforce code compliance throughout the Facilities scope of operationsModernization and continuing improvements of responsible equipmentEnsure an adequate on-hand spare parts inventory or lead-time system in place to support responsible equipmentInteract with customers to understand requests or concerns
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 2-3 years mechanical experience with industrial equipment, and infrastructureExcellent communication skills essential for team-based workingExperience in general construction practices and the use of hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment (manlifts, forklifts, scissor lifts, mobile carts)Be proficient in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systemsSafety Certifications a plus (OSHA30)Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

Expected Compensation
$32.00 - $61.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
